Comotara boasts two playgrounds, one near the south end of the neighborhood (seen here) and another at the north end. Both have swings, a sandbox, and benches. Shredded rubber mulch has recently been added to make play safe at either site.

The picnic shelter, located near the south playground, is a popular place in the warm months by our HOA Board and homeowners alike. The addition of a park grill has added an additional layer to those summer picnics.

The Comotara soccer field is popular with young soccer players in our area. Although the field isn't marked, it does have two goals for full field play.

For the volleyball fans, Comotara has a sand volleyball court!

Although the field is no longer marked, Comotara's backstop is a great place for batting and fielding practice.

With fifteen-plus acres of common area, Comotara has room for flying kites, flying RC planes or just simply running around. Although motorized vehicles are not allowed in the Common Areas (other than maintenance vehicles), there is more than enough room for other activities.
